I have gained invaluable professional experience across diverse industries, including Tourism and Hospitality, Technology, Construction, and Electronics, shaping my ability to adapt and excel in any environment.

Since March 2023 : TECHCI Rhone Alpes - Saint-Genix-sur-Guiers, France

Sales Engineer & Marketing Officer

TECHCI is a prominent manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) situated in France, operating within the electronics sector. The company is affiliated with the Italian industrial group Finmasi. My roles included managing client portfolios and prospecting across multiple technological markets, such as Industrial, Energy, Railway, Avionics, Robotics, Medical, Automotive, and Telecommunications. I also engaged in PCB project analysis, developed pricing strategies, negotiated with customers, and handled after-sales support, including backlog management. Furthermore, I participated in key industrial trade shows, including the 2023 Paris Air Show and the Embedded World in Nuremberg, while contributing to communication efforts through the company’s website and social media channels.

Achievements : I managed a dynamic portfolio valued at 2,5 million euros, collaborating with reputable clients from various sectors : Railway, Automotive, Industrial, Energy, Telecoms. Additionally, I successfully established 20 new partnerships within the French, Belgian and Swiss markets.


February 2021 - October 2022 : Tekton  Moscow, Russia

Business Developer

TEKTON is a log home company, leader in wooden construction, crafting beautiful houses, villas, chalets, cottages, saunas with the exceptional skill of unique Russian craftsmanship and technology. Project management in a business-to-business context, focusing on the establishment of partnerships for export initiatives with Europe, specifically France, Switzerland, and Belgium. This encompasses sourcing, ensuring effective communication, negotiating terms, successfully closing agreements, and projects follow up.

Achievement: 10 new partnerships created with log home companies in France, Belgium & Switzerland


 

April 2019 - December 2020 : Tour Operator Intourist (previously Thomas Cook group) - Moscow, Russia

Project Manager

Intourist is the foremost incoming travel agency in Russia and was affiliated with the Thomas Cook group from 2010 to 2019.

I led the strategic development of the incoming markets by establishing and nurturing partnerships with prominent tour operators and travel agencies across key regions, including Europe, Latin America, and Northern Asia. In charge of marketing promotions across various platforms, including the website, online brochures, newsletters, social media, and the Lufthansa City Center network with Lufthansa airlines. I also oversaw the launching of new products (tours in the Far East, Kamchatka, Yakutia, combined trip Lake Baikal and Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Arctic with Northern lights). Participation in different tourism trade shows (IFTM Top Resa Paris, WTM London, Fitur Madrid, ITB Berlin).

Achievements : Creation of new partnerships with several important travel agencies & tour operators on different markets : Voyageurs du Monde (France), Catai (Spain), Chan Brothers (Singapore), Tour Radar (Austria). 


April 2018 - March 2019 : Trip Advisor - The Fork - Barcelona, Spain

Business Developer for the website/app The Fork

The Fork is the leading online restaurant booking platform in Europe. I spearheaded the development of the restaurant portfolio, facilitating the integration of new establishments while ensuring diligent account management. Additionally, I provided restaurant owners with effective digital solutions, including advanced booking software and strategic menu discounts, to enhance their customer outreach and increase venue occupancy.

Achievement : Successfully integrated 232 new restaurants on the platform, generating €315,000 in revenue.


October 2017 - March 2018 : Exoticca - Barcelona, Spain

International Marketing Specialist for an online travel agency. 

Exoticca is an online tour operator that specializes in all-inclusive luxury travel experiences. My role involved the management of marketing campaigns across three regions specifically the United Kingdom, France, and Spain in collaboration with various travel platforms, including Travel Zoo, Secret Escapes, Ice Lolly, Momondo, Kayak, Edreams, and Very Chic. I conducted comprehensive market analyses, benchmarking, and assessments of return on investment, in addition to developing newsletters, overseeing community management, and performing data analysis.

Achievement : Establishment of a new partnership with the marketplace Veepee targeting the French and Spanish markets. 


June - September 2017 : Cross Horizons - Beijing, China

European representative for a Chinese Public Relations agency specialised in tourism promotion. 

Creation of partnerships and projects in Europe, public relations, organisation of international events in China (exhibitions, trade shows). 

Achievement : Organization of the 2017 Xi’an Silk Road International Tourism Expo (XSRITE) with 14 guest companies (Tour operators & Travel agencies) invited from all Europe.


December 2016 - May 2017 : Club Med - Bali, Indonesia

GO (Gentil Organisateur) in the Club Med resort of Bali. 

Lifeguard & sports instructor, animation in the resort and participation to all the events.


March - June 2016 : The Mines of Bruoux - Gargas, France

Assistant Communications Manager in a cultural heritage site, (internship).

Marketing, public relations, projects management (creation of new attractions and facilities for tourists on the site), partnerships sourcing.


April - August 2015 : Samui Evasion, Koh Samui, Thailand

Assistant Manager in an incoming agency operating on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao islands (internship). 

Samui Evasion is an incoming travel agency established on Koh Samui. My missions encompassed the management of traffic and booking processes, sales of tours and excursions on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao islands (business-to-consumer). Establishment of partnerships with European travel agencies and local luxury hotels. Marketing missions, including content creation, search engine optimization, newsletters, and community management. This experience served as an internship that applied toward my master's degree.

Achievements : Establishment of a new partnership with the Four Seasons Resort of Koh Samui and the French travel agency Marco Vasco.
